Shipping & Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window: In compliance with TikTok Shop policies, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the journal must be returned in its original, unused, and brand-new condition. Journals that have been written in, have bent pages, or show signs of wear will not be eligible for a full refund.

Damaged Items: If your book arrives damaged during transit, please submit a refund request through your TikTok Orders page along with a photo of the damage, and our team will fast-track a replacement or refund for you within 48 hours.
